Whew.
Ugh.
I just finished a session. I haven't played in a couple days. I played a bit of freestyle soccer on Wednesday, though that made my legs really sore, really fast. Which is weird, since it's usually the other way around -- footbag tires me and I could play soccer all day if I wanted. I guess that goes to show how out of shape I am. Then on Thursday I had my first long bike ride since moving to Ajax. The bike paths here are gorgeous. They span from Oshawa (about an hour East of me), to Toronto, and then to Niagara Falls. And it's all completely beautifully manicured the whole way. Amazing. Lots of beach and boardwalk and nice stuff. There was a cool windmill and nuclear plant that I passed also. Blurriest and Spinning reverse whirl both BSOS-
Gyro reverse whirl and Spinning reverse whirl both BSOSI can also kind of regular swirl now. Before I could only kind of more or less fluke symple swirls, and I could do regular reverse swirls.. I dunno. My sets are the weakest. I can't really.. do any of them anymore. Stepping, Pixie, Atomic... Pixie is the worst, since I need to relearn toe stalls (had a wicked conversation about this with Nathan Pipenberg at Worlds..)
MIGHT shred with FAT in downtown tomorrow, last minute.
