My back pain is what's been preventing me from playing since my seize-up in the summer in Vancouver.

I've actually been playing pretty frequently [for me] -- like 2-3 times a week? Mind, for short periods like 20 minutes -- usually when my back pain tends to kick in debilitatingly. However, I've started a sort of regime for myself to follow in order to try to regain ability, stamina, and most importantly consistency. I decided on the number 20 somehow. And being able to consistently hit 20-contacts on command. So my main daily goal right now is a warm-up of 3 20-contact runs without drops. So, I catch after each 20 and go right into the next 20. If I drop I have to start over at the first set of 20. Osis is really inconsistent. I averaged about 6 :D

So, totally nothing of note, but to myself... ANYTHING is of note these days. Honestly. My back is fucked. Some things I did:
-ss mirage x5 > mirage x5 [repeat] (as a 20) > handcatch > pickups > handcatch > legovers
-osis x20 > handcatch > butterfly x20 > handcatch > pdx mirage > butterfly [repeat] x20 contacts
-[4 contact] mirage drill > pickup drill > legover drill > osis drill > butterfly drill > (pdx mirage > butterfly) drill
-5 rotations of spinning clipper > gyro clipper [repeat] drill (20 contacts)
-stepping clipper x3 > blurry clipper x3 [repeat]
-DLO > same butterfly [repeat] (11 contacts)
-drifter > same clipper [repeat] (11 contacts)

May have also done rev swirl in this way. Failed at the others -- hurt too much. I also did rev swirl > cloud kick > same rev whirl both sides. My record for cloud-kick-set op clipper is 9. I haven't tried that in a while, but it's super fun and something of which I'm gonna incorporate more.
