Been playing a little hack lately, like, not even tiltless, but tried this morning to do some tiltless and guiltless... man I'm out of shape @______@ Played with symple, which I've never touched before. That was weird. Tough! I hit symple mirage -- THAT was weird... thinking of doing more of that :D Wait... no... it was more like.. a mid-time clipper symp mirage set toe stall... like symposium with an extra plant. If I ever get good at hacky again I'll film it, so I can explain better?

My back has still been fucked since my last decent session in Vancouver in early September-ish? Trying to stretch it out. Gonna hopefully get serious about that. Any helps/tips would be really appreciated. I think I need to strengthen my abs so there is less tension in my back... does that make sense?

Strength training is HUGE. I think you should definitely take it on. There are several different muscle groups in your back. Plus your abs are part of your core. If you look at Evan Lovely with his shirt off, his core is super strong. If you are still having back pain you need work on strengthening your core. Once the muscles are strong, the bones and joints won't bear the load. Plus, core strengthening is FUN!

I've been doing strength training for about 5 months after I had my knee injury. I've gained about 8kg of muscle and my knee and shin splints problems having dissipated substantially, and actually are pretty much almost gone.

Join a gym and doooo it. It's seriously good for your mood as well.
