Oh, this is weird. I can't tell if my arms are tired or just cold.

So I just played around with a soccer ball a bit. Man, there is something magical about freestyle soccer. I feel like it is impossible to get tired. I mean it's like footbag basics, but even less effort, 'cause the ball bounces back up on its own. I mean, it's by no means easier, obviously, but the actual physical exertion... I can play this forever with no pain whatsoever :) I just strap some music onto my ears and go for hours. Here's some stuff I hit!:

-same mirage > same mirage
-atw-out > legover [bs] (BSOS, if you don't count the one little bounce that it touched the ground)
-atw-out x2 [bs]
-18 toe stalls
-mirage BSOS
-legover BSOS
-atw-out BSOS

Flip clipper is suuuper tough, but has given me some insight into my flip footbag form! Well.. not necessarily insight, but reason to seek insight. Fun stuff.

In non-hack news, life has been pretty bleeeehh, but apparently I start a new library job tomorrow, so that should pick up my spirits, albeit tucker me out. It will be nice to have some kind of purpose and or direction. Maybe it will give me to drive to finally work on my book? Or make me too tired to even consider it. Haha. In any case a couple months of work will be nice. And now I will hopefully be able to afford Montreal, though with the job it will severely handicap for how long I will be able to go :( I may have to go to USOpen with Manna instead. Or something.

Oh, I also modded my other pair of Climas (which took, like, 3 hours!!!!) So I'm stoked to try those out on Saturday (I tore through the sole finally on my black pair and subsequently my sock.. and toes). The Office! Woo!

Cool soccer progress! If you keep doing it, it would be cool to see a video some time.

As for that book you are thinking about writing... START IT! Even if you have to start writing the middle before the beginning go for it. Big projects like that, fear can be the biggest roadblock to beginning it. Then once you just START it, it's fun and much easier to keep going and finish.

Thanks for reading and commenting, Ben. I appreciate it. I don't think anyone else does :p

What's this book you are working on? And if you aren't going to worlds, would you like me to compete as you?

Uh, it's a children's book that a fellow librarian wrote that I'm illustrating.

Haha, yes, totally please compete as me! It will be not only my first routine but potentially dropless! Yessss.
