I had an okay solo tonight. About 2.5 hours.
Nothing really seemed off. Actually, yeah, nothing. It was wicked.
I did a bunch of torque drills for Jay, which felt goood (torque is definitely my weakest downtime component).
-Ducking clipper > torque > diving clipper > torque [repeat], ending on a mobius (I think, actually dropping the BSOS mobius)
-Torque > ripwalk [repeat] ending on the other mobius
-Torque > rev whirl > dyno [repeat]I did some eggbeater stuff:
-Pdx egg > dimwalk [repeat] (first try)
-Bedwetter > dimwalk [repeat] (first try ever?) (dropped BSOSing fog)
-Pdx egg > ss egg BSOS
-Spinning egg (only one side, but it was there on the other)
What else did I do?
Some spinning stuff. Inspired by Ken's 7 unique spinning tricks, I wanted 10 inna row. Not so tough, but to make it interesting... maaan. So I did:
-spinning clipper > merkon > inspinning clipper [repeat] > gyro clip > spinning ducking clipper (8)Wait.. that may be all. I thought I started one with. Naw, I dunno. Whatever.
Stepping ducking was there almost any time I tried. Especially ripped warriors midstring. And my fave -- blurry ducking legover. Whaaaat else?
Ended on an okay 48-contact run? I was aiming for 100, but I guess I tried to do too few BOPs. Oh, I also warmed up with a rad tiltless run at the beginning of the session. Something like:
Mirage x3 > same mirage x3 [repeat] > legover x3 > same legover x3 [repeat] > pickup x3 > same pickup x3 [repeat], osis > pdx mirage > osis > mirage [repeat] > osis > far legover > osis > legover [repeat] > osis > far pickup > osis > pickup > osis [repeat], osis > far osis [repeat], and some spinning and ducking clippers.Fun times, but my back is sore like crazy (I kinda lathered up the Tiger Balm like butter beforehand.) Bath time for me!
