I bought some new non-slip hack mats on a whim today. They will stick on my hardwood floor (unlike the foam ones), and they should also work well outside. They are "indoor/outdoor mats", with that grippy "hair" stuff like for wiping your muddy boots. We'll see how they work on Saturday. Manna's Lavers are super slippery on my floor, so this might be nice for him. I was thinking more for my knees though when I saw them.
I also ordered that French DVD, finally. It has Vasek in Paris, which is, like, some of my favourite footage ever. It cost me, like, $60 or something though, with the Euro-to-Canadian exchange and the limited shipping option. Here's Vasek in Paris to whet our appetites:
Also, my brother and I are big into the Underworld movies. We are baffled by how everyone we know thinks they are terrible. For reals? We are gonna go see it on opening night tomorrow:
